My package is marked “Delivered” but I don’t have it

My package is being returned to sender—what now?
If it’s returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment, reshipping can usually be arranged within a limited window, and additional shipping charges may apply.
What if a returned item can’t be reshipped?
Some items may not be eligible for reshipment due to hygiene/condition standards (e.g., opened packaging for certain apparel).
