RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Made-to-order policy (change of mind / wrong size)

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or ordering the wrong item. (These situations are considered customer preference/choice.)
If you’re unsure about sizing, please review size charts on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right—typically with a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. You usually do not need to return the item for quality-related issues, but we may request clear photos to document the problem.

Important: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report a damaged/defective/misprinted item.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help you file the appropriate claim and arrange a replacement when eligible.

Returned-to-sender / unclaimed packages

Packages may be returned to sender for reasons like:

*Incorrect or insufficient address

*Refused delivery

*Unclaimed shipments (including certain customs scenarios)

If a package is returned and you still want it, you typically have a limited window (commonly 30 days from notification) to request reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply—especially when the original address was incorrect or the shipment was unclaimed.

Unclaimed returned items that are not reshipped/claimed within a holding period may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Where to send returns (do not ship without approval)

Do not mail products back without contacting us first. Return routing depends on where the order was fulfilled, and a specific return address may be required.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer and we mutually agree). Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Legal rights (location-specific)
