Made-to-order fulfillment
All items are made to order just for you. Production (fulfillment) typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships.
During peak seasons or special launches, production times may be longer.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and product type.
Estimated delivery time is production time + shipping time and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
General delivery ranges after shipment may include:
*Domestic: typically 1–8 business days
*International: typically 1–20 business days
Please note: orders may arrive later than estimates due to carrier delays, customs processing, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages (for example, items fulfilled in different locations or requiring different packaging). Additional shipments may result in separate tracking links.
Shipping destinations & restrictions
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be restricted due to legal or carrier limitations and can change over time.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are typically the customer’s responsibility.
Address accuracy (important)
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete/incorrect and the package is returned, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, delayed, or “delivered but not received”
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [lepfunshovel@gmail.com] so we can assist. For lost-in-transit situations, time-sensitive claim windows may apply.
